K.G.F: Chapter 2 is a 2022 Indian Kannada-language period action film written and directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale Films.
It is the second instalment in a two-part series, sequel to the 2018 film K.G.F: Chapter 1. The film stars Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon and Prakash Raj. It follows the assassin Rocky, who, after establishing himself as the kingpin of the Kolar Gold Fields, must retain his supremacy against adversaries and government officials, while also coming to terms with his past.

It has been confirmed that Amazon Prime has the rights to the KGF: Chapter 2 film and that the film will be released digitally on Amazon Prime for its viewers. According to the studio, after Ready To Announce, the film will be released digitally on a streaming network.

"KGF 2 creates history, biggest day 1 total... KGF 2 has demolished opening day records of War and Thugs Of Hindostan." The film managed to collect a whopping sum of Rs 53.95 crore on its opening day. It broke the record of War , which collected Rs 51.60 crore on its opening day, and Thugs Of Hindostan with Rs 50.75 crore.
The film also crossed the business of the first installment of KGF. The first part had managed to collect Rs 44.09 crore total.
